Our charity's aims entail the funding of different types of projects, from giving grants towards the publication of new critical-performing editions of Bax's works, to giving grants towards the performance of his music. We also have some exciting ideas currently gestating that we aim to reveal a little after our launch.
Each project can be donated to separately, so that you know your donation is funding what you would like it to. Every project on our Donation page will eventually be funded by the monthly membership fees but individual donations help speed this process up. At present it is possible to donate to three different editorial projects (Symphony No.7, Tintagel, and the Violin Concerto) as well as contributing to our Performance Fund, which will assist amateur productions of Bax's music. Student membership
We have a free student membership that is valid for the entirety of your course or degree. Please get in touch with us with the following: your name, your institution, and the end date of your course (if this is not known, then give just the month or year). You must be aged 18 or over, so please confirm that you are. As this is not a full paid membership, you will not receive your name in scores commissioned by the Society and published by Owen Orchestration but you will receive all other membership benefits including our twice-yearly Newsletter and access to the Member's Portal.
